OnEarly Marketplace: Privacy Collection Notice

Who we are

The OnEarly marketplace is owned and run by One Imaging Pty Ltd (ACN 680 562 869). The platform technology is built and operated for One Imaging Pty Ltd by OnEarly Marketplace Pty Ltd (ACN 682 495 156). In this notice, “we” means One Imaging Pty Ltd. In operating the OnEarly marketplace, we are a technology platform through which you and/or your health or care practitioner may book a diagnostic imaging service, pathology service, or other health-related service from third party providers. We are not a healthcare provider, do not provide medical or health services to any party and do not provide medical advice to any party.

What we collect

Your name, date of birth and contact details; the test or scan request and any accompanying clinical information you or your practitioner submits on your behalf; information you give us when confirming your booking (including Medicare details where relevant); and, with your permission, your test or scan results, which may comprise written reports and the scan images.

Where we collect it from

Most of it comes to us from:

• your practitioner, including through any practice management software they use;
• you, including where you confirm your details and preferences on the platform; and
• the third party provider that performs your test or scan, , which sends us your results under the authority you give us during booking.

Why we collect it

To find and book a test or scan that suits you, arrange a review or consult by an independent medical practitioner if you choose one, receive your results, and deliver them to you and your practitioner. If you don’t provide the information we ask for, we may not be able to book your test or scan or deliver your results.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to do the above:

• the third party provider (e.g, radiology clinic), to make and manage your booking;
• your practitioner and the referring doctor named on your request, including through any practice management software they may use;
• you, through the platform; and
• OnEarly Marketplace Pty Ltd, which hosts and stores platform data on our behalf, only on our instructions. OnEarly Marketplace Pty Ltd’s Terms of Use is at https://onearly.com/terms and Privacy Policy is at https://onearly.com/privacy.

We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it with anyone else without your consent, unless we’re required by law to do so.

Where it’s kept

Your health information is stored on servers in Australia. We keep it only as long as the law requires, then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You can ask us for access to or correction of your information, and you can withdraw the authority you gave us for your results at any time via support@onearly.com. Withdrawing stops further sharing but doesn’t undo sharing that has already happened.

Marketing

If you opt in during booking, we’ll keep your contact details after your booking to tell you about services and offers. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any message or requesting to opt out in any message.
