1. Eligibility:
   This offer is available to individuals who have received an official invitation to the OneMRI Household Health program from an existing OneMRI customer. The invited individual (“Second Participant”) must provide valid contact details through the OneMRI booking form to be eligible.

2. Consultation and Booking:
   To qualify for the $500 discount, the Second Participant must complete a free phone consultation with the OneMRI team resulting in a booking within 72 hours of the First Participant's consultation.

3. Offer Period:
   OneMRI reserves the right to end or modify the offer at any time.
   ‍
4. Offer Details:
   
   1. The $500 is applied as a reduction to the standard scan price at the time of booking.
   2. The contribution cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or used in conjunction with other promotional offers unless stated otherwise by OneMRI.
   3. The contribution cannot be applied if the booking is being paid for using a payment plan.

   1. All scans are subject to availability and standard OneMRI terms of service.
