Primary CNS lymphoma

Primary CNS lymphoma is a type of cancer that develops in the brain, spinal cord, or eyes without having originated elsewhere in the body. It is relatively uncommon but can be present without obvious early symptoms. An MRI may show changes in brain tissue that could be associated with lymphoma. Early detection may allow for treatment to begin before the lymphoma affects more of the central nervous system.
