Sturge-Weber syndrome

Head & Neck

Sturge-Weber syndrome is a uncommon congenital, meaning present from birth, condition linked to abnormal blood vessel development in the brain and skin. It can cause seizures and developmental issues. An MRI may show characteristic changes in brain vasculature consistent with this condition. Finding Sturge-Weber syndrome allows for monitoring and management of seizures and neurological complications.
