Endometrial cancer

Abdomen & Pelvis

Endometrial cancer develops in the lining of the uterus and is the most common gynaecological cancer. It can develop without obvious early symptoms in some cases. An MRI may show changes in the uterine lining that could be associated with abnormal tissue. Finding endometrial cancer early, when it is confined to the uterus, may give the best chance of successful treatment.
